Classes and Events for the Whole Family
Multiple studios at the same location allow parents and kids to take class at the same time
Free onsite childcare allows parents to take classes without the expense of hassle of finding childcare
Family classes include prenatal, mommy and me, and keiki classes with a parent lounge next door
MAMM donors make our family events possible. Because of the generosity or our donors, we can offer families mindful movement classes that are affordable or free and include the whole family.
