Join Us for an Enlightening Workshop Series:

Embracing the Cycles of Womanhood through Ayurveda and Yoga

Are you ready to transform your perception of the natural rhythms of womanhood? This three-part workshop series invites you to harmonize with the flowing cycles of menstruation, perimenopause, and menopause through the wisdom of Ayurveda and the practices of yoga.

In Ayurveda, we recognize that the body operates in cycles, much like the seasons of nature. Just as spring brings new beginnings and summer nurtures growth, each phase of a woman’s life offers unique opportunities for empowerment and connection. Rather than viewing these cycles as burdensome, we’ll explore how to embrace them as essential and powerful aspects of our feminine journey.

In this transformative series, you’ll discover how to cultivate self-care and self-love through each stage of life. Whether you are menstruating, navigating perimenopause, or experiencing menopause, this series is designed for all women, regardless of which season you find yourself in. Each workshop provides you with nourishing insights and practices that are beneficial and integrative across all stages of womanhood.

What to Expect:
**Week 1: Ayurveda & Yoga Modifications for Menses**
Dive into practices that honor your monthly cycle. Learn how to align your yoga poses with your body’s needs during menstruation, helping to ease discomfort and cultivate balance. Discover Ayurvedic remedies and dietary adjustments that can enhance your well-being during this phase.

**Week 2: Ayurveda & Yoga Support for Perimenopause**
Transition gracefully into perimenopause with tailored yoga practices designed to support hormonal changes. Explore Ayurvedic principles that foster resilience and harmony, empowering you to embrace this transformative stage of life.

**Week 3: Ayurveda & Yoga Sadhana for Menopause**
Celebrate the wisdom of menopause as a new chapter filled with possibility. Engage in restorative yoga practices that promote grounding and tranquility. Unearth Ayurvedic techniques to nurture yourself and honor the beauty of this stage, reinforcing your inner strength and vitality.

By participating in these workshops, you’ll benefit from a rich tapestry of wisdom from various generations, creating a community where experiences are shared and supported. Together, we’ll foster an environment of empowerment, compassion, and connection.
Join us on this journey of understanding and celebration, and learn to navigate the cycles of your life with grace and joy. We look forward to seeing you there!

A note from Diana...

As a mother of two and woman with a strong creative drive, I understand the delicate balance of living a full life and keeping my inner atmosphere calm.  I love offering workshops like these because they enable me to share, in-depth, methods of natural living practices that have worked for me and countless others for millenniums.  The ancient sciences of yoga and ayurveda are empowering.  They attune intuition and refine ones connection to Nature.  When I came to yoga I was a young college student floundering in her mental and physical health; as a young mother I suffered burn out and overwhelm.  Yoga and Ayurveda have been essential in guiding me towards strength, presence, joy and reverence.  I invite you to join me and our community to explore the deep wellness and freedom teachings of yoga and ayurveda.

More about Wisdom Flow Yoga

Wisdom Flow Yoga School was founded in 2007 by Jennifer Lynn. With an engineering background, Jennifer appreciated the precise alignments of styles like Iyengar and Anusara, but also felt the importance of celebrating the flow of spirit through joyful movement. Wisdom Flow Yoga blends the Yang elements of organized structure with the Yin of dance-like flow. Structure must align with the laws of nature in order to be strong and sustainable, yet too much dogma can pinch off the organic flow of the heart. Wisdom Flow Yoga embodies a balance of precise alignments and core-centered movement with a playful dynamic flow that keeps the pathways clean, clear and strong, and the song of the heart coming through. In our training students learn a set of elegant alignment prinicples based on the sacred geometry of the human body. We learn to balance these principles in all poses. We learn to ride the flow of breath as the vehicle of awareness to keeps us exploring and refining our body-architecture towards healing and joyful growth.
